Pour the product into the palm of your hand and apply it with a delicate massage on the body. Ideal after the bath and especially before going to bed, thus improving the quality of sleep. For baby massage: after the bath, pour into the palm of the hand a few drops of the product to bring the oil to body temperature. Apply to the baby's still damp skin and proceed with the massage with delicate circular movements. For the treatment of cradle cap: before putting the baby to bed, apply the product, massaging lightly and leave act throughout the night.
